Hmm... Server Always Crashing Due To Clients

some of those maps crashing the server due to to many structures.
in the log i see this most times:
SZ_GetSpace: overflow on Client Datagram
WARNING: msg overflowed for NSPlayer
looks like a bug in NS to me, and not 'its because the map is crappy'
ok, it happends earlier on a map like siege005 then siege007, but still...
Also have the idea that it crash (and overflow) when that NSPlayer joins a team. (mostly its when there is a lot of farming and a new player joins the server that it crash).

This is the normal chat overflow exploit, is it not? Can't quite recall...
Valve doesn't have the updated executable listed in their public ftp site anymore. Anyone have it for this guy?
since 3.1.1.1d use to much cpu.
edit// that is my advice - upgrade to get stability and then whine about the performance if nessessary.
problem is, i dont host this server my self, its rented, we requested before to downgrade it to 3.1.1.0, bit stupid to ask 'can u upgrade it to 3.1.1.1' again
so basecly the server doesnt have to crash due to this.
anyway, gona ask to upgrade to 3.1.1.1 again. If we still get the same problem we are ****ed.. since it only will crash earlier on 3.1.1.1
amx one is even empty.
Like, a map is trying to send too text info or something?

realy doesnt make sence to me that it should crash the server. While a client is **** up. Well ofcourse it can be like: server have to send to much data (about structures and stuff) to the client, server cant handle it to send all this things and crash itself.
2. put pluggins back 2 at a time until crash happens again
3. isolate pluggin with issue
4. try inserting pluggin in alternate load order
5. give up and ditch faulty pluggin

I really think your server provider should be helping you too, seeing as it's not dedicated how do you know its not another process interfering with your server? ... who are they?
but, they will come up with: to many plugins, the map just suck, its NS, etc etc
normal maps arent crashing
I had a very odd problem which was caused and then resolved by altering the order of the metamod plugins last week.

i dont have the time to sort that :x
but will disable all plugins and check if its better (if not then there is no need to check each plugin <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->)
