Who/what's Your Favourite Voice Actor/act?

Be it TV, movie, video game, or radio
I got a heck load of results of the search page, so I might of missed something. But as far as I can tell. this is a new topic.
So yeah, the topic says it all. And when I mean voice acting, I don't want actors/acts listed from a live action series/movie. ONLY FROM ANIMATIONS PLEASE, (or from radio)
I don't claim to be an expert in the field of voice acting, so my list is rather limited. I thought the voice acts in the game Sacrifice (favourite: Charnel), and Grim Fandango (Manny Calavera).
As for an actor, Mark Hamil sticks out for me, (Joker in the animated Batman, as well as that **** Adrian Ripburger in Full Throttle)
Can't really think of very much right now, I'll add more as I go along...

"I am your father"
"Gabriel Knight: Sins Of The Fathers" is the first of 3 adventure games created by Sierra spanning from 1994 to 1999. The two sequels were nowhere near of the quality of the first.
GK was, obviously, released in 1994 and is a milestone for me in my gaming career. The story is set in New Orleans and has all sorts of Voodoo type goings on. But don't get me wrong, this is a dark game. Blood is liberally splattered around and the language is occasionally "colourful". It also stars Mark Hamill doing the voice of Detective Mosley and Michael Dorn (Lt. Worf from Star Trek, whom also plays a spectacular performance) as Dr John.
Due to the setting of this game, Tim Curry has a fantastic deep and rich southern USA accent, and he carries it off perfectly.
I will wholeheartedly recommend you pick this game up if you can find it, it should be dirt cheap to buy but do endeavour to find the "talkie" version, it fleshes out the characters so much more.
EDIT:
If you're interested, amazon.com are selling a double pack of Gabriel Knight 1 and 2 for $15, whilst the second isn't worth a fraction of that, Sins Of The Fathers is worth every cent.
"It's pronounced corps (k-or) man, not corps (k-or-ps) man"
Other then that, I think Ellen Degeneres is another great voice actress. she made Finding Nemo good.
"And this is for grandma, who said I'd never amount to anything more than a butterknife!"
"Hands up kiddies, who wants to DIE?!"
"I'm the best at what I do, and what I do ain't pretty!"
"Lets see what's inside THIS one!"
"Mmmmm, mmm! Tastes like chicken!"
"What's my status? Well since when d'ya care about me unless I'm impailed in somethings guts?!"
Just a few quotes. There are hundreds more.
And the guy who plays Irenicus.
I'll hedge my bets and say "anyone who did a voice for Sacrifice". Excellent voice acting in that.
"Somebody passed away? That is unfortunate. Then, I should say gochujousama deshita! Or was it, gosuchousama deshita... Or gotsujou.... Gotodo..."
"Goshuushou-sama deshita!" (My condolences)
"Yeah that -deshita"
I don't really have a favourite.... but yeah.. if I had to pick on, it'd be her..... I guess...
Cortana's not bad either... heck most of the voices in Halo are good XD
Same goes for soul reaver 2.
Outside of games Megumi Hayashibara is amazing... she does voice acting for so many animes as well as singing their themes it's unbelievable and she usually does a great job of it too whether its the singing or acting

I remember that movie... pretty cool.
I think whoever did the voice for Ganondorf's pretty awesome.... HUUUUAAAAAAAA!!!!![Warlock Punch]
Seth MacFarlane.
Me, Seth Macfarlane's Quagmire voice, he sounds so cool.
Michael Shapiro
Richard Hayworth - voice of Legato from Trigun. So monotonous, but still, an awesome voice.
Crazy! I knew he did MG, but X-Men? Incredible.
in x-men 1 & 2 he didn't voice anyone, he just wrote the script and was made an appearance as a guard on liberty island in xmen 1
