although, i <i>DO</i> gotta say, it IS a significant improvement from the huge, long-limbed purple ones of early-to-mid-90s fame. somehow they always reminded me of richard simmons, even though he's entirely unrelated and doesn't resemble anything marvel.
Personally, I'd kick Marvel's **** if I was Gainax. They RUINed the Evas...

what do you mean? is it supposed to be an evangelion or samus aran? because it doesnt much look like either one, and it really doesnt look like the giant purple metal dudes i called sentinels.
I dont watch anime but I once saw like a clip that had this big purple robot with a boy piloting it.
