NEW demo!
Just to give you a heads up, taken from Codfiles.com

The December issue of PC Gamer will feature an exclusive demo of Call of Duty (Single Player), picking up where the 1st demo left off.
The second demo starts off on June 6th at 7.30 and promises another exciting snack of things to come CoD!
Try taking out a Tiger with a Panzerfaust for example!

However, since it's an exclusive to PC Gamer, CoDFiles.com nor any other site won't be allowed to host / mirror the demo at this time. So shell out a couple of bucks and get the december PC Gamer issue that's due out soon, I know I will!

I've checked a few forums and many people have posted links (which were removed by moderators before i could check it out )

some screenshots from the new demo:

Dawnville loading screen

The start of Dawnville

The first Demo is awesome. The atmosphere, the gameplay, the animation, performance (it runs so smooth on my tattered computer!) graphics, interactive scripted sequences! (you can actually save people who are about to be killed unlike MOH:AA with its evil scripting) It all adds up to make MOH:AA look utterly worthless!

I know what you mean. I couldn't believe how smoothly CoD ran on my PC with the graphics up. There is so much going on.

Well you have to have a decent one in order for it to actually run, my old Radeon 7000 didn't like it one bit.

My new 9700 pro however likes it very much

I find it EXTREMELY amusing that all these file websites boycotted FilePlanet for originally having the COD demo as an exclusive release for 3 days before it was going to be released to all websites. Everyone said that Activision was a great company for 'heeding the masses' and that it was democracy in action. Now, not only is this demo not free after a couple days, it's not free ever. So much for the boycott attempt by Bluesnews, Shacknews, etc. - you can't fight corporate greed with internet extortion, it seems.

yes. I give it a few days before most of the world has the demo, I dont think they care about PC GAMER's exclusive. (Remember the Hl2 exclusive? BUHAHA )

Woah...freaky....just as I typed that up, I checked my mail and the free Pc Gamer issue was here. It's the December issue, and the demo disk has CoD, so I think that's the one you're talking about.

The point is, all these legitimate websites like blues and shack will NOT be able to host it. The sites that boycotted Activision originally.
