<div class="IPBDescription">Works in voice comm</div> Ok firstly i didn't make this model, i tweaked it. It was made by brigader wolf.
<b>How it works:</b> When a player uses voice comm his mouth will move. This was coded in when voice comm was added to half-life. The mouth moves according to the volume of the voice(Meaning it moves right! if the person is yelling the player will yell too!!)
<b>Whats in this version:</b>
In the orignal it looked cartoonish because the jaw didn't move.
I messed round with the verticies and fixed up most holes and made the jaw move.
It has a african american skin
It has a proper jetpack(with the mouth other one was just the normal marine without working mouth)
<b>This model has a different skin which i don't like how do i change them?</b>
1) Open the model in HLMV
2) Export the "marine_final" and "marine_black_01" from your previous model skin
3) open up paint and change the size of these bitmaps to 508 x511
4) Import the skin you just fixed into the mouth model and your done, save and play some damn ns!
<b>How do i install?</b>
<i>For half-life</i>
Extract to X:\Sierra\Half-life\ns\models\player\soldier\
<i>For cs-retail</i>
Extract to X:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\ns\models\player\soldier\
<i>For steam</i>
Extract to X:\XXXX\Steam\SteamApps\email@provider.com\half-life\ns\models\player\soldier
<i>X meaning install directory or drive</i>
<b>Shut up already and give me the link</b>
No link for you..

This part is a common problem, and can be fixed (ie all textures stay at the rigt size after compiling) by adding $cliptotextures to the .qc file. The latest version of kratisto's decompiler automatically adds it to qc files it generates - the standalone version is attached to the main post in the "how to model" sticky, and I believe the MS3D plugin is available from <a href='http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft' target='_blank'>Chumbalum-Soft</a>.

Oh, Daza, you might wanna check your version of it... the Face has more holes than Swiss Cheese.. I dont know how you didnt notice them...
This is a really awesome idea but im not 100% sure if your saying you have to use a model wiht the d/l :S
Mines got little holes i tried to fix them up but it made him look consapated <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->. your one has a giant gash on the side <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Its kinda like he has no cheeks...
For god sakes read my post!!!
@Daza, Wolf: I suggest fixing the clipping problems with the mouths, I downloaded all and they are all clipping terrobly
/edit: mhm... any chance of a version of this model with laser attached on his helmet?
I think it would look really cool if you did somehow manage to add teeth and a skin for the inside of the mouth.
Would it be possible to reduce the overall size of the mouth? at the moment its REALLY huge. It would look far better if it was smaller.
By the way, this is B*TCHEN COOl, thanks guys XDXD
Keep updating so we can see how its coming along. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
