If they ever steal crap from my mod, I'll be suing them for all their profits + legal expenses. That's just plain theft.

I've heard they claim to use SOF2/Raven Shield/Other Retail Game ripped models, but I've yet to find it on their site.

HOMEWORK:

1) Somebody find very distinctly where they have the models to retail games for download by subscriber only
2) Email link to game company who owns copyrights
3) Give us some popcorn to watch the show

Well, I haven't heard about them ripping from actual retail games, but if you look on the link that I gave- you'll see that they're stealing from the little guy. If my models are ever good enough, and they touch them, I'm gonna rip them to shreds in lawsuits.

They been doing this for years when i had a CS community up i offered Fusion Packs3-10 for free.

But, because they say "You dont pay for the packs, you pay for the site" theres prolly nothing you can do with no copywritten skins/models. Since they can simply say something like "Our bandwidth is reserved for our members" and they also say somewhere in their ToS that a 3rd party website can host the files for free.

In other words, this is what they'll say "We make the packs and host them for our members for faster downloads, you can find the packs on a 3rd party website for free"

And im not sure if they have any credits for the creators...
