It is illegal, as it is a recorded video, recorded of something that is in Theaters and you have to pay to see. Until Square releases the trailer onto public domain (the web) for free, it is illegal.

only reason I know it is cuz that is how bootleg movies are made. and my friend's father buys bootlegs all the time and gives'em to me if they are any good.
