where art thou?
I remember a map called ns_europa that was pretty cool during 1.04 days. It wasn't included with 1.0 but a lot of servers ran it anyway.
Whatever happened to that map? It was kind of small but had a good look and layout.

I believe it was the first custom (not sure) . It was great, but apparently it had a siege problem

Plaguebearer was hired by Taldren and is now making games so he has little time to revise the map. However, i know he did a newer version with no siege problems that was tested at NANO-EVO some time ago.

I think it nearly made it into 1.0

Plague is updating, I think, I hope.

The newer version of Europa that Blueman speaks of was tested on Nano a while back, just to see if it was playable enough for a release. I was under the impression that this version had been on Plaguebearer's hard-drive untouched for months.

Plaguebearer isnt entirely happy with Europa, He's learnt lots of new skills from his job and finds the map rather lacking.

I'm not entirely sure if it will be released, as there were quite a few texture misalignments in areas, and things that needed to be fixed.

Overall those who played found it pretty dam cool
