HL2's possible delay...
Its not VALVe It's Vivendi universal. Not only do they have shady business practices, my theory is they refuse to make a statement to milk out all the free advertisment they can with threads(such as these). If you want an object to hate because you aren't killing things yet, its Vivendi.

It'll be out when it's out, as long as it's sometime this year and it rocks who cares otherwise...

Lenin could be estimated as directly causing the deaths of some 9 million people. Not a good man.

As to your point on Vivendi, I agree. They are super sleazy for sure...
Whilst Stalin was unquestionably worse than Lenin, the leader of the Bolshevik revolution wasn't exactly Mr Nice. Lenin certainly wasn't adverse to large scale usage of violence or mass executions. It was he who started up the Cheka, a secret police that would become the KGB. Lenin also started off the oppression and slaughter of the Kulaks, not to mention the massive attacks on other "classes". Compared to some of the other revolutionaries in Russia in 1917 Lenin was a frothing maniac. So as far as "good men" go, Lenin doesn't make the cut in my opinion.
See? Even leftists disagree with one another
