    The HLBSP.EXE file outputs the portal file, but the problem here is that you are trying to compile with no brushes.

    The very least you'll need to do a compile is a floor, a ceiling, walls (make sure they all connect so that you can't see out into the void, or you'll get leak errors) and an info_player_start entity within the room.

    never ever use more than 8 different wad files.
    it gives the weridest errors you can get for sure.
    make one big custom wadfile instead.

    You really shouldn't have references to wall_lab.wad in your map; it's an obsolete wad as all it's textures are now in ns.wad.
