I plan on having a section on a map with a hull breach.

Well and good, but I want the func_push not to push HA, and only slowly push an Onos (magnetetic boots, or whatever)

Also, I would like the room to damage marines w/o HA armor (no oxygen system), is there a way to do that?

    Not pushing HA and slowly pushing onos isn't going to work. As far as the engine is concerned they're all just as heavy and don't have magnetic boots.

    And I strongly doubt you can make a room that only damages vanilla marines, but you can try using a trigger_hurt set to the same damage type as a spore cloud (try nervegas, poison or chemical) and see if HA marines are hurt by it. IIRC damage type fall doesn't hurt skulks, so maybe Flayra coded HA's immunity to spore gas in a similar manner.
    Note that all aliens would still be hurt by the trigger_hurt, which seems OK since I haven't seen one with a gasmask yet.
