A function allowing admins to see who is commander of the marine team. This will help in banning people that hop in and recycle everything in seconds and then escape.

A second function to announce to admins when somone reconnects. I know you can see the 'has left the game', but I don't think that shows up when they 'retry'. This will help in banning people that escape onos doom by reconnecting.

    I've <a href='http://www.modns.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=93&view=getnewpost' target='_blank'>requested</a> a modified amx_who plugin for this. If you use Admin mod you can modify <a href='http://www.modns.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=91' target='_blank'>this plugin</a> to do it
