[mrel] Default Weapons Black Arms

<div class="IPBDescription">simple reskin</div> i downloaded the TSA spec-ops(<a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=19&t=46633&st=0&' target='_blank'>linky</a>) marines and all looks nice but what the hell? green arms in v_ models? thats not right

so i edited all the models to have gray-black arms
its a really stupid reskin, i just used grayscale but it looks much better than default green arms

I'm using them, and I love them! They REALLY fit with the player models! I just really disliked your choice of weapons, so I kinda use your hand textures on other models. But heres some (working) screenshots of the hands for the lazy ones among us ^^
