- Whenever comm drops HA they land on rambo newbies who leave before the comm can give em HMG.
5 HA > 1 Onos? AHAHAHA!
- Try to siege a hive and 500 spore clouds surround the siege base. One time I walked into a spore cloud - 100 health, 110 armor and died INSTANTLY from it. Talk about greenhouse gases...
- Whenever you try to set up a secret base somewhere someone finds you <i>right</i> before you finish and you die - everything gets torn apart.
- Whenever you upgrade redemption the server lags at the moment when you would redeem and so you die. So you try regeneration - only to be gunned down hiding in a corner regenerating. Finally, there's carapace. Unfortunately, there happens not to be DC nearby. Ripped apart. Oh joy.
- Well darn it, if they're gonna spam spores then I'll do it too. Eh? Everything goes well as you spam from a vent, then you see a grenade slam into your face.

hit prediction is client side, not server side, so it's not lag-and-die, it's that you only have a % chance of redeeming. I forget the formula, but it has to do with the lifeforms, the sustained fire you take, and your HP.

as I said, spores don't stack, do 6 damage per second, and don't affect HA or buildings. Grenades DO stack, they do roughly 160 damage, and they hurt EVERYTHING. Thus, it's not even comperable.
Seven damage per half-second. Also, <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=21&t=47869' target='_blank'>perhaps spores do stack</a>.
This is taken from the 2.0 changelog that is pinned. Also, the spore stacking was discussed multiple times throughout the stages of 2.0, and it has been said by the devs many many times that spores don't stack at all, whether it be from one or multiple lerks.
6/sec, 7/half-sec, my point still stands that GL spam cannot possibly be compared to spore spam.
