<div class="IPBDescription">If so, post here</div> I'm just starting a thread so we can have multi later. I got it last night (my fiance bought it for me actually, came with a kewl Homeworld keychain) I like it, I didnt play 1 or the expansion but I like the feel of this game (although it doesnt exactly start slow and work its way up)

Anyhow, if you have it post here, we'll start some good multiplayer stuff when I beat it

    Rush Hour! yeah, I got to get that. Seems the swiss people has it released already. Several people got their copies yesterday. That's one Im really anticipating.

    Welp ive been playing it more and more, the single player is really hard, but I'm very happy in general with this game. Its the first RTS ive played where you cant win by building 1 type of really powerful unit, it actually requires a fleet, with a tad of everything. I needed to take a break from single so I played a skirmish, it was faaaaantastic.

    I got stuck in HW1 on the last mission, i can only survive the 1st fleet, but the 2nd fleet gets me and just only.

    I gots it and I LOVE the game. So much to do! If you liked Homeworld 1 and Cataclysm you'll love it. Although the formations and such are slightly different. Great game though.

    Why the hell am I still playing the HW2 Demo?
    I'm going to delete HW1 off my hard drive tonight (it won't work with Open GL.. so why keep playing it.

    Just a tip, if your stuck on Mission 4: Bombers. Yep. Bombers. Thats all I'm going to say about THAT.

    wow the single player is actully very difficult, ive heard it bases the strength of the computer AI and the number of ships the computer has on how youve been playing so far in the campainge. For example if your on the last mission, have been playing well and have a huge fleet, the computer will have a much huger fleet and superior AI, but if your have a little fleet and have been sucking all game the computer will have much less AI and a smaller fleet

    Got it for my GF (She's a HUGE Homeworld fan), but I haven't gotten anywhere near our comp since I gave it to her (It's consumed her). BTW, I'm posting this from my laptop (Not anywhere near powerful enough to run Homeworld 2)

    Post a Heavy Cruiser I want to see my favourite ship.

    I use to make fleets of 30 HC and send them out to destroy everything in a moving wall of death.

    The best I ever did in HW was a skumish vs the CPU.
    the game lasted 5 hours and only ended because I was able to make 20 carriers, all of them loaded with fighters, then I sent them on a slow move towards his rather large MS fleet. I lost 12 Carriers before I destroyed his MS and another 4 before I wiped him out.
