hey guys hjavent been around much recently life etc...

but yeah
i booted ASE for a game of NS and it tried to update Underworld.. now having already seen this movie this morning.. i was thinking WOAH phat

so i DL'd this mod and its update under 50 mb total

and well.... it is pretty dang good! but that may be because i am on a buzz from seeing the movie... but trust me... nothing better or more fun then being a lycanthrope with a sniper rifle <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

so yeah cant talk much just wondered if any of yall played?

    I'll be sure to try it out. Sounds like phun.

    Edit: Ok, installed it, played it, deleted it.

    Don't download it unless you have some sort of special reason. I was hoping they would get more out of Vampires vs. Lycanthropes theme but no. The teams are more similiar than Red and Blue team in tfc. Lack of team play and originality really made me leave the server. I was a newbie when I went there, I played for the first time and yet people hadn't even heard about these Hybrids. Two times when I was trying to take the hybrid back my own team attacked it. Teamdeathmatch with unoriginal weapons.

    ugh bad mod, all u get are HL DM grahpics and moving models (thier legs move and while running and such thier upper body never moves) and those camping m4a1 snipers... besides u cant even transform into a werewolf as a lichen.. lame....

    I thought it was moderately enjoyable.

    Although I totally agree that on a bad server its intolerable.

    I agree, the mod is horrible....considering all the great games Neil Manke has made.

    I played it a while ago.. (think it was a different version or something).
    Lets just say that on 2 vs 1 (the 1 being me) I scored 72 points, made 120 some odd kills and got killed an entire 3 times.

    the moviei tself isnt bad.. if you go expecting some really clever plot and story to do with vamps and werewolves.. you will be let down... big time..

    if you go expecting a nice action flick.. then you should be pleasantly surprised..

    Be advised that because the gameplay is different in EACH map, you will need to pay heavy attention to the map description.

    Second, try out a game on your own server first - there's no weapon guide, and you'll want to learn how to use the weapons and their alt fire.

    Third - Grenades are bloody good at killing vampires.
