i decided to trace the egg shape itself... (just the pink)...

the rest of it is me...
except the shadow of the skulk in there is the real thing... so i didn't do that...






the veins are mine (spent like 10 mins on each color of the veins)


anyway, hopefully you like my slightly less deformed version of the gest...

    I think you should have a look at coil's tutorial. It's mucho help with drawing things like skulks and stuff - should make your future pictures look....less deformed maybe if that's what you want?
