Ns/steam Join Problem

Every time I join a team on any NS server I instally get dropped. This doesnt happen with any of the Valve mods. Anyone know whats wrong ?

    Because Steam questions do not belong in G-D. The pageful of locked Steam topics should give people a little hint about that. If anything, this would probably better be placed in Tech Support, but for the moment there are a number of guides to getting NS working on Steam posted here in Off-Topic.
