<div class="IPBDescription">Seeking a good headset</div> Hello, im looking for a good quality headset, yet one that i can afford. I have had a dsp-500 from plantronics for about a year now, and they seem to be dieing for whatever reason. Right now, my #1 choice is a Plantronics .audio90 headset, but i havn't realy heard anything about it. My main concerns regarding a headset are comfortability (i play ns a lot, and have sensitive ears to headphones, therefor i want somthing that isnt gona put my ears in pain after wearing often) If anyone can recomend a good headset or give me a little info on .audio90's, id realy appreciate it. My budget is around $30.

^^^ this one, however, does meet your budget.

hmm audio 90 is over your budget it seems, but you can get:

Altec Lansing AHS 502 at a similar price

Altec Lansing AHS 302, at a slightly lower price. It has a neckband rather than on the head, but the quality of the phones themselves might be a bit lower.

I went to game stop, intending to buy the cheapest, ergonomic headset I could find. Found a no-name one for $5. Bought it, couldn't be happier. good earphones, good mike... why waste money on a more expensive headset when earphones have comparatively crappy sound quality no matter what? you should have expensive surround sound speakers for when you want good sound quality, and a cheap as dirt headset when you want to communicate in HL =P
