Movies to get you in the mood for ns?

I'll admit I just recently heard of this MOD(making me the dreaded newb), but the second I heard about it I was hooked and the more I read about it the more excited I get, I've played CS since beta 1, I am so damn tired of it and it's millions of clones, I'm sick of "realistic" squad based action, I'm tired of "ghey" and "n00b" being the only 2 adjectives anyone knows or uses(but what do I know? I'm just a ghey ### n00b), and I'm really sick of sniper rifles and waiting five minutes to spawn just to get shot by a guy who plays awp_map(the most artistically creative map ever...ooo ovals and gigantic ugly textures) 30 hours a day.
Anyways, I don't know if this has been discussed before(I did a search and nothing came up, hell I don't even know if it's the right forum for this), but does anyone have any suggestions for movies to get an NS fix while we patiently await the release? I am in the middle of downloading Aliens *checks time left* and in about 346 hours I should be watching it, I bought the Thing dvd and though the aliens in it and in NS aren't very much alike at all it's still pretty good, and let's not forget ET the most violent, action packed alien movie of all time. Anyways, any other suggestions?

Office Space! (Not really)
Resident Evil... maybe.
Aliens, but you already have that.
Sphere
Fellowship of the Ring! (Definitely not, but it's good anywho)
Oh yeah, and Sphere and Fellowship Of the Ring are great movies! Glad to see you have good taste, Mole <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
Purple is a color, but this has to do with the topic how?
Fellowship is great, I've never seen special effects used so well. Sphere? I can't really remember it except for a really cheesy looking ball shooting into the sky at the end. I've always thought Deep Rising was a pretty good "monster movie", but most people just think it sucks.
Not very similar to NS, but Vin Diesel's character in it is great.

I agree, that guy is cool, but I thought the movie in itself wasn't that good. It could have been really good <b>and</b> scary, but it's a bit lacking. Some parts if it was good though, like Vin Diesel dislocating his shoulders <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo-->

Star Ship Troopers has a lot of Alien action in it =D Albeit cheesy, but the subject matter does tend to go into cheesy territory quite easily. I'm not really seeing how movies like Pulp Fiction would really get me in the mood to blast aliens though.
Well the main characters live on a farm, no one in it is a really big hick though actually. Don't feel bad though, I live in WV, the worst portrayed place on the planet. Just go watch Mothman Prophecies or October Skys if you don't believe me. Not that there aren't a boat load of rednecks here, but not EVERYONE is suspender wearing, cousin dating, hillbillys.
Boondock.
Saints.

SPOILER ALERT!
I thought the last part where whats-his-face goes midevil on the alien's ### with a baseball bat was kinda stupid. There's this fuggin 8 foot tall olympic running and jumping super alien with nerve gas coming out of his thumb, and little 'ol merril (sp?) just beats the crap out of it, and it does nothing. I mean, it could at least fight back a little, but no, it just stands there, making clickity clack noises and getting hit with a baseball bat
Well I'm not even saying the reasons I said are valid reasons for it to not have fought back, I'm just saying I figure that's what they wanted us to assume. I think the director realized he couldn't make the alien fight back and not make it look stupid or unneccesary, and I agree with that decision(can you imagine how stupid the alien would look punching?). Besides, if his wife did some how see a glimpse into things to come moments before she died I don't think she would have told Merril to "swing away" if that would result in him getting his ### kicked in the process.
Hell yes, Sphere & Event Horizon are bad ### movies <!--emo&:p--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo--> and LOTR is great indeed
