Drawing of a girl

Not even related to ns just want opinion
I drew this awhile ago, and it is a few stages before i finished it but its still good in my opinion. Yah i know she's... a lil chesty, but thats how the girl is and i didn't want to underexaggerate and make her mad or anything.
(Oh btw if you want to get in good favors with a girl, and you got some artistic talent, id advise drawing them, after their approval of course.) Now to the point of this post...

It's a good start though!
Unfortunately I don't have a scanner, so I used my webcam:
edit: Not a perfect replica of the real her... I drew it at home (and I only met her at work)... Neck to wide, nose points down to much, head to wide also... (And the picture got a little distorted when I captured it so thats why the left eye seems a little strange...) Heh, but since it's the first time I've ever drawn a portrait of someone, I think it's pretty good!
The series of drawings 1-4 show my basic rough order for drawing a head/face. First a circle, then add the jaw. Notice from the "skull" (at the bottom) where the skull joins the backbone - it's pretty high up! Next is important. Draw a horizontal line cutting the head in half. Then draw a line halfway between that and the chin; then a third line halfway between *that* line and the chin. That's a line at 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 - these are the orientation lines for the eyes, base of the nose, and mouth.
From there, remember that there is an indent between the eybrows and the nose. Also, the upper lip doesn't really stick outwards below the nose; moreso, the lower lip curves back inward (and then out slightly at the chin... my drawing's actually an example of what *not* to do ^^).
When drawing a 3/4 or head-on face, the three lines still apply. Draw a vertical center-line as well.
Some parts of the face/head serve as reference points for others:
1) The corners of the mouth are generally directly below the pupils of the eyes (draw a vertical line down from each pupil to the corner of the mouth).
2) As shown in the bottom-right picture, the top and bottom of the ears align with the eyes and base of the nose. Ears are larger on older people (because your ears never stop growing).
Ok, that's all. (: These drawings are really simple; I just tossed 'em out for this post.
