    If you have broadband, just get one of the normal Steam installers. I have DSL, and where the CS/HL installer only dled at 125kbps, the Steam content (TFC, DOD, OP4) all dled at speeds from 300kbps to 1mbps.

    You can also try counter-hack.net or something like that. They had all sorts of mirrors for different Steam downloads.
