Does anyone know why.
I can't even get to the steam forums to ask cause their is no more link. The god damn peice of poo!!! omg Steam is such an ****, Valave has always screwed me one way or another...

Uninstall steam, restart, and then reinstall it.
It should be a file called steaminstall.exe and be around 584-590kb.
yes I've restarted before then tried installing.
