the origins have been reset... take the origins from the ns_knife .qc and import them into your .qc

I think it resets automaticlly when i de-compile the model..

Can u explain me excacly how to fix this plz ?

Maybe post a picture of the origin in the qc file or the qc file itself...

    Thanks...

How did you decompile the knife in the first place? I heard about origin problems when using milkshape's standard decompiler. I am using Kratisto's and have no problems. I also compiled a knife with standard qc and anims, and everythin is allright. Just try another decompiler.

This is Jed's hack of the HLMV, the BEST in my opinion <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

For future reference the latest versions of Kratisto's decompiler and valve's studiomdl.exe are attached to the main post of the "getting started with modelling" sticky.

Also worth to be mentioned is that Kratisto's decompiler is included in Milkshape

Can you not edit the origins by inserting $origin 0 5 0 or whatever in your .qc file? Is the kinfe too far back, forward, right, left or just plain away somewhere else?

[EDIT] After reading the first post, this should fix it, insert $origin 0 5 0 in your .qc file, under the $scale insert the origin info
