Ok how did Monsieur Evil hook up with NS? He runs that readyroom.org, the official fansite. This leads me to a theory.
ME was just another fan here(back when NS was very young). He loved NS so much that he wanted to be a playtester. He loved it so much that he wanted to be in on EVERYTHING! So he begged Flayra to let him be the "updating/news/pr slave"(thus running readyroom) just so he can satisfy his own desire as a fan to get the inside scoop on NS.
Is this theory correct?
Oh yes then there's theory #2. #2 states that ME wanted the inside scoop/playtester thing so bad that he offered to be the PR slave AND supply his very own site, saving Flayra money to host a fansite.

But you may be right, that Monse declared he wanted to do a fan site, and as he maybe sees Flay every single day it's easy for him to get the infos.

Moleculor is the one who showed up as a fan, learned absolutely everything, and ended up being the official forum dude.
MonsE did not previously know Flayra or any of the team members before NS. ME does not live anywhere near Flayra, and does not see him every single day.
ME used to be a US marine but was busted out of service due to his extreme hallucinations of believing he was actually a TSA marine sent back from the future to prevent the impending alien invasion. After a nasty incident where he fired a grenade launcher into a field of cows, believeing them to be a rampaging herd of level 5 aliens, he was booted out.
He spent some time wandering the streets wearing a spray painted green football uniform, and saving little old ladies from the "alien scourge". After "saving" one of these poor women by "nutrilizing the threat" of her "level 1" poodle, he was forced to go on the run from the authorities. He eventually came crawling to us, heavily intoxicated, and blabbering incoherently about "aliens, man, they're everywhere, man". Flayra was good enough to take him in. I wanted to put him to work cleaning the toilets but Flayra decided he wasn't mentally stable nor intelligent enough to handle the job so he gave him the position of head PR guy.
Some things to know about ME:
He once dynamited his refrigerator after disovering a piece of meatloaf with mold growing on it, claiming it was actually the alien infestation taking over.
He is obsessed with taking apart and rebuilding his toaster, then trying to get ammo from it.
He still refers to elevators as "phase gates" and phone booths as "command consoles".
His favorite color is blue.
