Error Message On Install

have you tried to reDL the installer?

it sounds like you simply have a borked installer, make sure you use one from either rr.org or n-s.org

no this is my 3rd attempt downloading the file from multiple sites i got off NS.org... Redphive and TheHiveMind are two i can remember they all gave me the same error

It's not those websites, it's your PC and internet connection, Fuse. Try using a download resumer which will verify the integrity of your file as it copies:

i already have FlasGet, when i dled the .exe file it was from a computer that had cable, my friends burned it to a cd for me. i even had one where i dled it from my friends house (i physically brought my computer to his house and hooked it up to his cable internet) i seriously dont kno what the hell is wrong with this thing. but i really wana play

Run a virus scan
Check the md5 of the installer.
Check for spyware
verify the installer works elsewhere before beinging it to your comp
