Forcing Random?

Are there any mods that allow a server to force random? In other words as soon as the player joins it sticks them on a random team. Or perhaps 1-5 seconds after they join it sticks them on random.
I see so many games where only 2 people join each team because everyone else sits in the ready room. Everyone else is trying to see where the 'good' players go so they can get on the team thats gonna win. Then the teams end up getting stacked and the whole game is garbage.
The few times ive gotten most everyone to go random (and I dont' mean the type of random where you sit outside of the random door and wait for the team you want on to have 1 less before running through) the game has been great.

So, if someone goes afk for a bit, they get thrown on a team, are dead weight, and force other people to join the other team?
Maybe a plugin that replaces marine and alien portals with random portals ( they still look the same) would be best. I played on a server with this. It screwed up a bit, but if the bugs are worked out, it works really well.
I think there should be a 60 second "join a team or be randomly asigned" feature that should be ON BY DEFAULT (not an optional mod, but part of NS, and on by default). Servers can disable it if they want, but the standard NS game should be optimized for the most fun IN THE GAME, rather than Ready Room goofing. I think this, coupled with a fix that prevents uneven team joining (the current version still lets people stack a team somehow: they get through the filter even when it unbalances teams) would be good enough, and take care of most of the problems that we see without having to totally make the RR worthless by using force random. When the teams are even, you SHOULD be able to choose what team you want to join.
However, they also seriously need to fix uneven teams that happen midgame, when people join/leave. Currently, the auto-forfeit thing is a disaster. At the very least, we should get an audible or visible warning that gives us time to correct an imbalance before the game ends!!! Whether the game is fun and balanced should NOT have to rely upon teams yelling at each other about stacking, or admins kicking people. That's just the wrong solution, and it breed frustration.
My personal preference would be for the server to automatically switch the last joined player to the other team when an unbalance of 2 or more lasts for more than a minute or so. People may **** about this when considering it in theory, but the fact is, it will seamlessly eliminate so many problems of unbalance and make most games generally much more fun.
Its better for overall teamplay and gameplay but in general it sucks because its less freedom and more like comunism <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> .
Its better than teamstacking but boring like hell joining the team you dont want to play 5 times in a row, no matter what you wanted to join.
Every ruling plugin has a weak spot.
- The "join after 60 seconds or be kicked" plugin can be fooled by joining spectators and F4 again.
- Voogrus random join plugin can be fooled by correct timing, just wait untill your fav team has one player less, then join any team.
Thus makes the plugins nice but worthless.

I think that the mod is still usefull becouse its intent is to prevent teamstacking and even if you get on you fav team it still wont be stacked.

I think you need to reread the definition of "exploit".
Random team mods aggravate me. It's extremely annoying to join the Aliens and wind up on marines - did I <b>choose</b> marines? No. Either let me join aliens or let me idle in the readyroom until teams are even enough so I can join aliens. I will sit in spec if necessary, and if server forces me to join marines or aliens, I'll spec again, until teams become even enough so I can join without any interference.

Horrible idea and heres the situation why.
We'll use 3 players for this example, Noob, Roffler, and Tard.
Noob and Roffler go Marines and Tard is the last alien player through the portal.
About 5 minutes into the game Noob realizes this isn't CS and he can't rambo, so he leaves in a hissy fit. Game goes on for a while Tard decided to save for the hive. Game continues and no one else joins. Roffler has college classes in 10 minutes and drops. Tard who was waddling to the hive to drop it gets swapped. This will severly cripple the aliens if they were actually counting on Tard to drop the hive and other players used their res to secure nodes/hallways/evolve into lerks and fades.
9 times out of 10 when the teams start becoming unbalanced midgame its because 1 side gained the upper hand and other players deicded to quit/F4 The other 1 out of 10 is clanners/roommates that travel in packs.
