Pop Up Menu Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">pop up menu problem</div> ok when i open the pop up menu with the right click it shows a bunch of white blury text in my top left corner of my screen i have no idea how to fix this can anyone help me?

openGL or Direct 3D ?
