gees Bos, I'm sensing a common place in all of your posts, do you need a hug? If you want to talk sometime let me know. Yeah I am pretty damn social and I got a 12 , Sirus, how the hell did you score lower then me? /me ponders how sirus could possibly be more social.... *oh figured it out, you could just be better with change then I am, that's why my score wasn't lower*

Would definatly rather be at a theatre than a museum (do they mean cinema?),
Don't like meeting new people, or, rather, find it hard to,
I talk plenty amoung my little group of friends, but not much to people I don't know so well,
Have had 1 gf (am 17) and she came on to me, I didn't do much of the work,
I have VERY bad handwriting (and A.D.D)
and I scored 25, which could have been worse I suppose.
And Jane, I'm not suprised you scored low; girls are usually way more social than guys.
i got a 10. I like to socialize but things like parties aren't how i do it. I like smaller groups of maybe 5 of my friends just going out and doing things. So i chose a library over a party. Besides i like a good read . I don't drink (well get drunk i mean), don't do drugs, don't smoke but i also don't need any of that to have a good time. I'm 16 but i feel more mature than my age would show. I don't mind meeting new people but i don't make much of an effort since i seem to think the friends i have are good enough
(funny cause i thought a 10 meant i was a complete loser)
I got 26... Not bad for a loner, eh?
Really odd tho becuz most of the questions really depend on my mood.
not that I would ever go to a library serious, I hate reading even if its "The hitchikers guide to the galaxy" or whatever cool book my friends are talking about, i just cant even read 2 pages without forgetting what i just read, actually when I read a book my mind starts thinking about a lot of stuff I would like to do or whatever pops into my mind atm
I go to a lot of parties, drink and smoke way too much sometimes I Like to hang out 24/7 with my friends (altho my money doesnt last longer then 3 days...) I get depressed when Im not doing social stuff, maybe also becuz I dont have real interest (even my computer interest is dying slowly, and Ive been playing with computers since I was 6 so theres definitly something wrong with that )
But except all the social stuff I like, I have big problems getting a part-time job, finding a new school ( got kicked out 2 years ago ) or finding new friends or something to do, better said I cant even make up my mind for once...
[edit] btw im an 17 year old with no future, unless party 24/7 is a future :o [/edit]

34 here too.
Stupid quiz I am great at talking to people, I just need something to talk about, anyway I'm not autistic, I'm just not very good at keeping a conversation going.
I don't like partys, always turn down the invitations, but I don't drink and I don't smoke weed.
I would rather be at a museum or a library, I have never been to the theatre though, hmmmm that needs to change.
I don't mind meeting new people, I just need something to talk about
I've never had a girlfriend, I am 17, but then again its hard to find someone with my interests, that and the fact that I never spoke to many people before so they don't know me from a hole in the ground, I am now however starting to speak to people so fingers crossed I could possibly go out with someone ( a certain person, not just a vague person in the future - someone I actually know) if I really wanted to but she is ugly. Alas!
I have bad handwriting too, its not as bad as some I have seen but its pretty poor.
I work at the Deli Counter at Tesco so that has helped me speak to people, although sliced meat and cheese isn't exactly a topic most people bring up in their normal day.
Anyway don't worry mate, I'm sure we'll both turn out all right in the end.
14... i like socializing just not when it interrupts my NS time
Okay... so now you guys think you have Aspbergers... how does this change the fact that you're still shy? It doesn't. I was extremely shy once. However, because of my job and a speech class at school, I can now look at people in the face when I talk to them.
I got a 15.
I still enjoy being alone, but that's mostly because I was the only son for 16 years. I don't have anyone else in my house that enjoys exactly the same things I do, except by father. Because he's my father, there is a constant need for respect and dignity around him - meaning I can't tease him as mercilessly as I would a brother close to my age. Because of that, there isn't the same closeness I would have with a brother - it's a different kind of relationship. And now I'm rambling.
Anywho, just get out more, face the crowd, and you'll get over your shyness. Get a job that requires you to talk to other people. Go to malls and look everyone in the eye and smile, nod your head. Do something to get over your shyness. It's not a disease, it's just a lack of practice. Think of it as playing an instrument: at first, most people stumble through the notes. However, with practice, songs can be played with ease. Your social skill is an instrument. Practice can fine tune it.
Okay, I'm done. I'll return the soap box, get my safety deposit.
It seems like people percieve those with Asperger's Syndrome as disliking socializing. I don't think that is, I think they just have a harder time with it. If anything, disliking socializing would exempt you from having this syndrome because then it would make sense for you to be less social. Of course, the syndrome really isn't "written in stone" so someone with it could feel either way.

I got a 15, and I'm not very social...I just think that test is messed up in someway.
I'm with catpoker all the way! I just want to know what I'll do when I'm in my apartment when I'm older, who will I talk to...where are you supposed to meet people? Bars? Listening to: How does it feel?, by Sugarcult ...and people screaming down the halls, but it's only 1:50pm anyway.
lemme see, i'm a mathematics/artificial intelligence major at a private university, never really had any friends, although the dorms forced me into friendship with a FEW people... my mother is a networking technician and my dad is a systems administrator... erm...
reading that article tells me i am an ausperger, but i dont know if thats good or bad.
You guys are just posting scores and not saying anything. Feedback on the syndrome, not the test. The test is really unimportant.
I don't really like tosocialise, but thats prbably because there are people who are so immature and act like 4 year olds in my school and neighbourhood. I get on fine with "sound" people though.
