<div class="IPBDescription">Maybe, maybe not?</div> Well, I have been looking over all this modeling and map making I was getting intrested in doing it myself. I have the Valve Hammer program, and a model viewer, but really I dont know where to start to make a map. If anyone could just chat to me and help me out, I'm REALLY intrested in learning how to do it. I have alot of my time on my hands of now to do it, so someone drop me a line, and help me get cracking.

First, make an effort at reading tutorials and the Hammer help file. Hammer also has links to help sites in the "Help" menu. They're under Web Resources.

Second (building on Kage's response) Play Around in VHE (Hammer). Try stuff. That's how I learned. It's a funner process then you think really, mess around make a laggy box map and then go from there.

I have compiled some WONDERFUL mapping sites. I would suggest checking them ALL out as they would be beneficial.
