<div class="IPBDescription">STRATAGY!</div> if there is a lone res tower/marine structure, sit opposite the side hte marines are most likely to come from and keep chewin. When they come, they'll probably try to shoot at u thru da structure, but it doesnt work ( well, with rt at least ) . then u wait till they try to go around it, and all u have to do is keep running around the structure and biting, and sooner or later u'll get em... iunno if its good, feedback please but it works for me.....

    I frequently use this strategy. However, bullets do have more chance of getting through the RT in 2.0 and up. You'd better have the shaft or body of the RT covering the marine from your view or you'll be taking damage.

    This worked much better in 1.04, but with practice, still works in 2.0. However, marines are getting smarter and moving in groups more often now, and two marines can effectively render this tactic null.

    But still give it a shot. At the least, you'll get a few more bites in.

    As a marine, I've had great success with killing Skulks chewing on resource towers by ducking. Of course, that leaves you unable to dodge if the Skulk runs at you, but hopefully you're with a teammate. If not, just hope you can kill the bugger before he chompehs you to death.

    This is somewhat common-sense, but nonetheless it is a tactic worth mentioning.

    In the case of multiple marines, if they flank me I tend to circle strafe the rt in order to get my extra bites in, it works not bad if you know you can't escape.

    use this with cloaking in 2.01d; as the marines come, simply stop attacking. you'll cloak, and can effectively walk away as they stand around puzzled; chomp em in the arse <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I dont know if this should be put under exploits but what I usually do with turretfactories is stick to it so far that i can look trough it (u could imagine the rest). Also as a skulk when u jump up to a rt and stick to it (like ur in the air) bullits miss more often and u can look trough the rt making it much easier to rotate around the rt when rines are coming, IMO ducking and jumping this way is way better then strafing.
