Natural Selection 2.0. Messed Up Half-life

<div class="IPBDescription">Can it be fixed?</div> A while ago, I downloaded Natural Selection 2.0. when it was just released. I noticed the game was pretty slow on my computer, so I uninstalled it. But when I played Half-Life, Team Fortress, and Counter-Strike, I noticed that the graphics didn't have all those squares that make up characters, objects, etc. Also, the games crashed every now and then, and made me frequently restart my computer every few minutes. What's wrong with my games? Is there a patch or something i can do to fix my games? Someone please help me! I'm desperate!

should have been posted in tech support, but my help is this: reinstall. You may have accidentally deleted some sprites.

    I've heard of this error.

Go to your settings and set the video mode to "Software"

NS runs only in OpenGL, so it has to change the setting or something like that.

Try that and see if it works...
