Most people read <span style='color:yellow'>www.readyroom.org</span>, but I'm (shamelessly) referencing Cpl. Davis' summary below, just in case anyone missed it.

This server contains both a regular player base as well as a number of "stop ins" or non regs. After playing a few rounds I must say, I witnessed very few if any insults, derogatory comments small or large. Everyone seemed very friendly including the admins. Both admins and players where helpful in answering any questions I had. Players were open to new ideas and didn’t play the blame game when one didn’t work. A very relaxed and positive atmosphere here combined with lots of teamwork earns this server a 4.6 out of 5 stars. Be advised there is another TG server however it is a pay-to play non-pub server so don't get them confused.

Basically, we just try to be nice to players. You an expert? Great.. hold the hive while I expand. You a newbie? Great, follow the expert everywhere he goes. Not rocket science, but combine it with some of the most intense teamwork of any NS server you'll find, and it makes for some mighty fun games.
If you're looking for a server heavy on teamwork, coordination, and respect, and you're looking for just the right server to come back to time and time again, your search is over. Server address is in the quote above.

However, we don't welcome selfish, non-team players. We encourage voice communication and teamwork, and particularly when the server is full, we will remove players who do not participate with teamwork in order to allow space for those who do.
Hope to see some of you on there..
