Someoen posted this in IRC, so I might as well share it with you guys. Over at <a href="http://www.theproduct.de/" target="_blank">http://www.theproduct.de/</a> they've made a movie about 16 min with music and it's only 63.kb. Another awesome thing is that it's all 3-D figures and objects. Just something I thought I could bring up.  In the year of 2002 they made another movie which I'm getting too.

    OH MY GOD 64K i watched it beyond the credits it was going on for like another 5mins... i cant believe how long it was on for and i was only 63 or wot ever is was kb!!!
    does it work on files to? u culd like make the ns file like under 100kb instead of 100mb

    Also from the web site I'm guessing that this is set up to pack stuff like that demo specificly.

    Impressive.

    It wouldn't work on files, no Silent, because what it is is a very compact, well, 3d program. Your computer does all the drawing on the screen.

    Imagine what it must be like to work with files like that. 'Well... we have some free kilobytes'.

    ... i saw a 3d movie once, it was like 64kb and was about 5mins long, it was a preview of a game, only thing was it just showed some map stuff... no models or anything, i think a few sprites though, was raining... i forget the name of it, and where i downloaded it...

    [edit]nice JediYoshi... that was the movie i was thinking of... still gotta check out the 2nd one... only problem is their pretty boring after the 1st 5 mins, although some parts gave me an idea for a HLDM map... and, i didn't let it go the 1st time i saw it (the '5' min one) so it wasn't actually 5 mins long[/edit]
