<div class="IPBDescription">'meshing'</div> yeah so i can make good mesh's but its a real (insert word) to do. Whats worse is the program i use, lith unwrap, screws up my smoothing groups! so i have to redo them after meshing! its f'd up. Just wondering if anyone had any better ways, if not then oh well, if so then please share.

well now then i guess im going to have to find a way to get 3dsm because i use milkshape to model, and of course it doesnt have a meshing tool, so i gotta use another program, lith. maybe i will find a way to get a copy from school heh

Open Photoshop or paint shop pro, make a new image of 256x256 pixels, now select the 256x256.bmp at materials editor in milkshape, select model, press ctrl+t and press remap if ya want, press print screen and ctrl+v in painshop pro/photoshop,now take out the uvw map by cropping now ya can skin it, lithunwrap however is better.
Lith unwrap is the best tool I've ever used for skinmeshing.
it doesnt? maybe you got a different verison then i do.. of ms or lith.. -_- oh well
