Ok Im Getting Confused

<div class="IPBDescription">wierd bug?</div> this has been puzzling me for a week now, and ive finally decided, i dont know whats happening.

basicly what it is is sometimes i cant click links, usally ones that are in text. Just regular html links, do nothing when i click on them, they used to work just fine, but then they just stoped. But the weird thing is offical links from page to page of the forums work just fine, but ones posted by other people dont at all.

anyone know what might be causing this?

btw, ive got the latest IE, and i tried it the all cookies and security on low, no change


also: <a href='http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/' target='_blank'>http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/</a> just wont load, even if i typing it out (not a link)
so i cant update windows, any other way i can get the update?

    Try deleting your Temporary Internet Files by going to Tools>Internet Tools. It's in the General tab. See if that works.

    ok this is wierd now, i cant update, site wont work, stops resonding when i try to delete temp internt files, and disk cleanup "cant be found"

    where actully are the temp files i can delete them the old fashion way
