This Is Becoming Urgent!

<div class="IPBDescription">Alien/Marine Imbalances</div>It's been said before, so I won't recap all the reasons why the aliens win far, far more often than the marines, but I'd like to ask the development team when they are going to fix what has become a glaring flaw in NS gameplay.
I'm starting to get bored whenever I join the alien team. "Who cares what we do?" I say, "we're going to win anyway." Last game I couldn't bring myself to attack after going Onos, instead I pressed F4 and switched to the marine team. It's almost depressing how unbearably easy it is to utterly DESTROY the marine team (especially when you actually try) and fixing the game balance is quickly becoming an urgent requirement rather than something for the next patch, whenever it might come out.
What I'm recommending is some drastic and immediate action to help equalize the win/lose ratios and save NS. I've seen some server-side mods adding things to the marine side to help them out. In several servers, the marines can get health from their armories and in one server, every turret factory and res node we built was automatically electrified for free. Everyone seems to be complacently waiting for the next overhaul of NS and I'm wondering if I'm the only one who thinks that the disgraceful state of game balance needs to be fixed NOW!
