in NS General Discussion
would any ns clans be open to merging with/becoming sister clans with a cs clan, just about to be div1 in ED. been playing few years, quite a few members have an interest in ns as well.

    We did at one point. Turned out very very bad. Can't say I'd like to go through that again (or anything remotely close to it), sorry.

    Them getting people to join us so they, not us, could get another server (without consulting anybody on our team first). Promising things that "took time", as in years. Extreme disagreements in leadership. Basically it just wasn't worth the effort.






    Plus, their tag sucked.

    TBH, Clan tags are all about style. It's like the paint job on a house. Sure, it might be a great house, but to some people it just doesn't feel right if it's not the right color. I've had plenty of different tags too from :

    (BIER)=o <-- words best clan tag. Bottle of beer is where it's at.

    [TAF] <-- ugly
    ue ~
    ue.

    I'm forgetting about 20 in the middle there. We had several differences of opinion about our tag from 1.0-1.03.
