Yeah, my plan involved an island, a couple hundred genetisists, a few squads of cat women assassins...

I may stop at that point... but if not, the rest involves a nice horde of evil mutant things, soldiers, and the assasins taking out key targets in a progressive order starting with valuable natural resource producing countries, convincing militants around the world to aid me, in exchange for land of their own...
