New Map Installation Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">error message: mod_NumForName:models/ns_</div> I am trying to instal a map for play testing and I copied all of the folders into my ns folder accordingly. But I keep on getting an error message about one of the "modles" files, it says it's not there, even though it is in the models folder. I tried re-installing that file, and replaced it, but it said it was still not there. The message was "mod_NumForName:models/ns_delta/ssite.mdl not found," what did I do wrong? Can anyone help me, thank you.
