I'm 17 been mapping for 3 months now best thing to do is try out the various tutorials on the net and if u enjoy them then pursue mapping and u will gradually get good at it

Although it seems too much the setting for an NS:C map, as it's directly outside Earth... seems like a last stand battle rather than a structured commanding whats-its-face <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

Consider replacing the texture and Environment with pictures of Mars maybe, so it wouldn't seem so "omg fomg fomg ofmg omf TEHY R AT EARTH FOMG WE GTOTA F1TE0rZ EM!1!111elevenoenone"
