<div class="IPBDescription">:(</div> Im trying to make a replacement digesting sprite and the sprite wizard keeps saying this: how do i fix it? any ideas?

My settings are (for Adobe Photoshop 7) Indexed Color, 8 bit, saved as bmp at 8 bit

they both have a differnt pallet, rember to load the same pallet for each pic

yea if u save it with local pallette when u convert to 256 colours(8-bit) itll make its own pallete to its convenience, if u save the first pallete and load it on the second and other ones etc, itll work ^_^
