Evil flayra
May I be cynical for a bit? I hope you don't mind, but with Flayra's latest barrage of viperine remonstrations, I can't resist the urge to make a few cynical comments. Before I say anything else, let me remind Flayra that he should be in better control of his hormones. Let me recap that for you, because it really is extraordinarily important: He should not operate on a criminal -- as opposed to a civil disobedience -- basis. Not now, not ever. One could imagine that some good might come from letting him scrap the notion of national sovereignty. But the only one whose imagination is vivid enough is Flayra. Think about how easy it's become for squalid heavy-metal fans to devastate vast acres of precious farmland. He argues that I am goofy for wanting to end his control over the minds and souls of countless people. I should point out that this is almost the same argument that was made against Copernicus and Galileo almost half a millennium ago. Does anybody else feel the way I do, or am I alone in my disgust with Flayra?
Now before you go banning me from the forums already, I would like to mention that this paragraph is not true. It is the product of a spiffy website that can generate complaints for you, right here!

Ahhhhhhh, revolution!!!
I am writing this letter because I take issue with some of Mrs. Flayra's attitudes. To address this in a pedantic manner, in the rest of this letter, factual information will be prefaced as such and my own opinions will be clearly stated as opinions. For instance, it is decidedly a fact that we must invigorate the effort to reach solutions by increasing the scope of the inquiry, rather than by narrowing or abandoning it. To do anything else, and I do mean anything else, is a complete waste of time. It is the height of arrogance and untruthfulness for her to imply that freedom must be abolished in order for people to be more secure and comfortable. Period, finis, and Q.E.D.
If Flayra can't stand the heat, she should get out of the kitchen. She is absolutely determined to believe that the sun rises just for her, and she's not about to let facts or reason get in her way. And, more important, when Flayra says that unilateralism is a be-all, end-all system that should be forcefully imposed upon us, that's just a load of spucatum tauri. I can't predict the future, but I do know this: I am making a pretty serious accusation here. I am accusing her of planning to scar little children's self-image. And I don't want anyone to think that I am basing my accusation only on the fact that everything I've said so far is by way of introduction to the key point I want to make in this letter. My key point is that if she feels ridiculed by all the attention my letters are bringing her, then that's just too darn bad. Flayra's arrogance has brought this upon herself. Common sense and scientific evidence agree: If we take Flayra's cajoleries to their logical conclusion, we see that one of these days, Flayra will saddle the economy with crippling debt.
She thinks it's good that her accusations threaten national security. It is difficult to know how to respond to such monumentally misplaced values, but let's try this: She thinks it would be a great idea to generate alienation and withdrawal. Even if we overlook the logistical impossibilities of such an idea, the underlying premise is still flawed. This is particularly interesting when you consider that I recently received some mail in which the writer stated, "My prime directive is to delegitimize Flayra." I included that quote not because it is exceptional in any way, but rather, because it is typical of much of the mail I receive. I included it to show you that I'm not the only one who thinks that I've heard of callous things like expansionism and absolutism. But I've also heard of things like nonviolence, higher moralities, and treating all beings as ends in and of themselves -- ideas which Flayra's ignorant, unthinking, stubborn brain is too small to understand.
What does Flayra have to say about all of this? The answer, as expected, is nothing. We must indisputably raise several issues about her short-sighted objectives that are frequently missing from the drivel that masquerades for discourse on this topic. Does that sound extremist? Is it too saturnine for you? I'm sorry if it seems that way, but that's life. We all learned the Golden Rule in school. Maybe Flayra was absent that day.
I have to wonder where she got the idea that it is my view that individual worth is defined by race, ethnicity, religion, or national origin. This sits hard with me, because it is simply not true, and I've never written anything to imply that it is. Alright, enough of that. Now let's talk about something else. Let's talk about how she operates on an international scale to create a kind of psychic pain at the very root of the modern mind. It's only fitting, therefore, that we, too, work on an international scale, but to bear witness to the plain, unvarnished truth. To end this letter, I would like to make a bet with Mrs. Flayra. I will gladly give Flayra a day's salary if she can prove that we should abandon the institutionalized and revered concept of democracy, as she insists. If Flayra is unable to prove that, then her end of the bargain is to step aside while I call for proper disciplinary action against her and her spokesmen. So, do we have a bet, Flayra?
I -almost- locked it, but 'tis a good thing you provided that link...
