Resource exploit?

<div class="IPBDescription">You probably shouldnt be able to do this</div> I sort of figured this out one day, and resolved myself to report it after a week of abusing it without anyone having any idea what was going on. It needs fixing, but I don't think it's a bug, and I don't know what the hell else to do, so here goes.
Like the aliens needed any more ways to win, there is a slight problem with the <span style='color:orange'>*blip* Most of you readers don't need to read what was here to get the idea that it causes a problem.</span>
Pretty lame trick, I know.

<span style='color:orange'>It's a known exploit, and like any others that have been reported, we've already talked in the Playtesting forums about how to address it. Anyone who knows of an exploit/cheat is encouraged to report it (full explanation/instructions, some people have even given demos) to a member of the NS team. Please refrain from posting all about it here in General Discussion.</span>

Just because 3/4 of the Marines you see suck and can't win doesn't mean they aren't extremely powerful in their own right. :/
