I was just on ns_tanith, on the marine side as the commander. We had a phase gate at satt comm hive and the marine spawn and had fortified both. We were getting upgrade by upgrade, of weapons and armor, and already had heavy armor upgraded. Right when I get level 3 weapons, and was about to drop some HA's, {VarietyPack}Vampires' Tea-Bag kicks me out of the comm chair by using admin_execclient, and kicks me to the ready room. I rejoin the marines and tell {VarietyPack}Vampires' Tea-Bag that it's not right to kick me out like that when no one was even complaining on the marine side nor the alien side. I ask the marine side to eject commander, {VarietyPack}Vampires' Tea-Bag, and he is ejected. LD then gets in the comm chair, but {VarietyPack}Vampires' Tea-Bag, once again probably used admin_execclient or whatever the command is to kick out LD of the comm chair, and he jumps back in. After all that hard work we went through, I state on the server, "that's unfair to kick me out like that, you should just say something". He replies by saying something of the sort, "GL spamming is not right", when I only had 3 GL's out, a couple welders and a handful of shotguns. I fairly think three GL's defending two bases, satt comm hive and marine spawn is not a lot for a full 24 person server. No one was complaining on either the marines nor aliens. I then say, "an admin that abuses his powers like this should get his admin stripped". I then get kicked and banned because of stating the unfairness of admin abuse. I was in no intention thinking I was delaying the game, as the marines were progressing nicely. I've seen plenty of games where marines have come back, not even holding a hive, but just their base. Am I at fault here?

Wn the other hand kicking without comment sucks
and aliens with everything but 2 resnotes can counter gl spam easily.
But since he's admin (for a reason), you'll just have to weather it out and play elsewhere (forget about him, you got 300+ other servers to look in).

It's irrelevant whether you were GL spamming or not, he didn't say anything, warn you, or properly start a commander-eject. After he was ejected, he then booted out another commander that wasn't you. You were the one who supposedly was GL spamming, being his reason to boot you. He had no right to boot LD even if he was right about you, which he wasn't.

Well, that depends what day you play on, but I will take your word for it.
If he isn't explain to the server owner what happened. The only problem is many servers make friends admins and they are biased. Ive seen many cases where a friend of the server is a 'crappy' admin but the server owner doesn't see it. Etherway, just get a new server.
My advice is the same as many others'; find another server to play on. Allthough I'm sure you want more action taken against the abusive admin, theres really nothing we can do about it.
What they diddnt realize is i just know how to place the damn things... i only had 9...
And it took my whole team to convince them that i had 9 and not 900... jeez...
9 turrets kept 3 onos, 2 fades, and 2 lerks at bay, and even killed a few onos and fades
Took them 45 min to break our defense..
And it WASNT a turret farm....lol

GL-spam isn't a reason for ejecting i agree, there are worse things than a little spam, and how about that spore-spam from all those lerks? i've seen guys do nothing else than go lerk and spam spores but start to whine as soon as you spam a few 'nades thir way.
I don't mean to be mean, but we're only hearing one side of the story... if you have a prob with the server talk to them, not us.
However, I've had my share of cocky admins as well, so I know how you feel <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->.
So the whole GL spamming accusation was just an excuse to command then.

Keep it within reason, the only time I really don't like rather high amounts of turrets are when they are just prolonging the end of the game, if you only have your main base left, don't plop down turrets, go like men, recycle everything and drop shotguns.
Any disputes between servers and their admins should be taken to the servers individual forums and not here.
