    a) It's not totally legal.
    b) I don't think reopening a locked topic is a good idea, it's certainly not where I come from.
    c) Why don't you DL some singleplayer HL mods like Todesangst, todesangst2 (released very soon) or "the unkown menace (released sunday) instead, or even try some other mp HL mods like FLF or AHL.

    You had a topic with identical post material recently locked.  When a topic is locked, it is locked for a reason.  Regardless of how harmless or whatever you may feel the material or whatever is, if it is locked, do not bring up the same thing in a different topic.  Do not do this again.
