Can't Access Aim Express At Work :(

We're all on dummy terminals here, and lack the ability to install any software, so regular AIM is out of the question, and am forced to use aim express instead. They've recently blocked something or another, so that aim express doesn't come up. Neither do yahoo games. Think this has something to do with java, but not certain.

Invent your own AIM client that runs as a CGI script and hence doesn't require Java or any other crud to work.
