i dont think i have setup the command correctly but anyway take alook:

** Command: -hullfile C:\Sierra\Half-Life\ns\nshulls.txt
** Parameters:

* Could not execute the command:
-hullfile C:\Sierra\Half-Life\ns\nshulls.txt
* Windows gave the error message:
"Access is denied."

-hullfile is a parameter to hlcsg.exe , it looks like you missed out the hlcsg bit. Maybe you haven't got Hammer set up correctly, check out the Quick Start Guide's appendicies on <a href='http://nsworld.ns-central.co.uk/mappingguide/appendix4.php' target='_blank'>Worldcraft Setup</a> and <a href='http://nsworld.ns-central.co.uk/mappingguide/appendix8.htm' target='_blank'>compiling</a>.
