Has anyone else find anything like this?

EDIT: Or do you think its just a common promotional thing companies/games use.

    it looks like the same eye because reptile eyes look alike. But it is clearly not the same one. The eye is not even the same, the black line it not the same, and if you look at a larger image of the NS one it is missing crucial parts. No copying going on at all.
