Heal Spray Seems Much Weaker Then 1.0

<div class="IPBDescription">Anyone else noticed this?</div> I know that heal spray damage has been reduced in the 2.01 betas but I can't see any changes in the 2.0 changelog and have noticed a marked drop in heal spray kills on 2.0 servers. I used to get a helluva lot of heal spray kills myself in 1.04 and now it seems to take forever to kill a rine with healspray, was it nerfed or is it just me?

    It was MAJOR nerfed in damage, but it is like, 3x wider and 4x longer now. Just wished there was blood...

    Use spit, it does 25 damage now

    Damage might have been toned down but it has a large area of affect and VARY nice range.
    I b-hop like a mad man, take regen or recall and spam heal spray every where. Spit does more damage and has a decent RoF so I use that down halls and to snipe.

    The gorge arsenal is more specialized : spit against rambos , healspray against grouped marines (still as effective in gorge gangs) , bile bomb against structures and web as a static defense.

    Healspray is still much easier to use against rambos , but they can knife you after they emptied both clips.

    Heal Spray should be only healing, and there should be an acid spray, with the same range as heal spray, but doing 20 damage per second and using same energy as ?fade acid rocket?

    i dont know if it is weaker or not but the range is massive and when u get a 3 player gorge gang you can kill marines no problem, i got about 12 heal spray kills a few nights ago when me and some guy just walked around doing that

    yeah, spit is nasty now....i keep getting killed by spitting gorges cos i keep thinking it's 1.04 levels, and before i know it i'm killed by the fat gorgey <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Remove spit and add acid spray! Gorges are not meant to take the place of lerks! If they get sniped, they ought to be runnin round a corner!
